Regular internal auditing, alongside the required external auditing ensures both that existing structure and procedures are maintained to continue delivering consistent quality but also identifies areas where we can improve even further, this dedication to continuous improvement ensures that every year, we’re even better than we were the previous year.

Reviewing the company’s quality structure is an integral part of the onboarding process for any new colleague, in any role. Employees are encouraged to be constantly thinking of new ways to improve and raise any ideas they have via a formal document to be reviewed by the quality management team.

We welcome all of our new clients to audit us and many existing clients, as part of their internal processes, do so regularly each year. You are more than welcome to visit our electronic manufacturing facility, ask questions and have an open and honest discussion.
