Free PCB Design Health Check
DSL’s optional complimentary PCB Design Health Check Service let’s you use our in-house design engineers to give your PCB design a second set of expert eyes review, prior to us building your prototypes. We’ll be checking for design errors, from major functional issues to more minor tidying up issues – and provide a recommendation report on how to solve them. DSL provide a full man day of in-house engineering effort to increase the chances of your prototypes working first time – via this service we’ve caught many of the issues often overlooked during checking, that would have prevented a working PCB assembly or delayed delivery due to resolving issues mid-build.

Our unique Design Health Check service can be invaluable if what you’re asking us to build are prototypes of a new design. We have our own in-house team of Design Engineers and it’s no skin off our nose to have them give your new design the once over, a second set of eyes can often uncover invaluable suggestions that may improve the likelihood of your prototypes being fully function first time. It’s also proven invaluable where we’ve spotted a design mistake that would have stopped the prototype functioning at all.
Our Design Health check has also helped in the past with design change suggestions that improve yield and long term reliability.
